5th Avenue — Harlow Gateway

A winning competition scheme for Barratt Eastern Counties: a 550-home development across brownfield, greenfield and sports ground sites. A revised masterplan responded to changing densities, with scope for 750 homes and emphasis on urban design, sustainable neighbourhoods and transport.
