Architectural practice in Cape Town

Greenspace Architects works in Cape Town from Mowbray, with project experience in established neighbourhoods including Green Point, Oranjezicht and Mowbray.

The portfolio includes new residential work, alterations and additions, heritage-sensitive design and urban residential development. Each commission begins with the requirements of the client and a reading of its site, planning context and existing fabric. The practice’s Cape Town work ranges from an urban residence in Green Point to a heritage home in Oranjezicht and a 36-studio apartment proposal in Mowbray.

Herman Fourie is a Professional Architect registered with SACAP (Pr Arch 21066) and a Green Star SA Accredited Professional. Read more about Herman Fourie’s experience and the practice, or see residential architecture services.
